How does usage-based pricing work?
Your £5,000 annual plan covers 100 active users per month on average. We calculate this average quarterly, so seasonal spikes get smoothed out. If your quarterly average exceeds 100 users/month, you pay £5/user/month for the additional users. All features included, no hidden costs.
What happens if we exceed 100 users on average?
Nothing stressful. At the end of each quarter, we calculate your average monthly usage. If it's over 100, you pay £5/user/month for the overage, times 3 months. For example, if your Q1 additional usage is 120 users/month, you'd pay 20 × £5 × 3 = £300 for that quarter. Next quarter starts fresh.
How long does implementation take?
Most customers are up and running within 2-3 days. Connect your HRIS (or upload a CSV), add your content, and you're ready to go. No complex implementation project, no expensive consultants required.
